For the past 20 years I have worked as a Fitness Instructor at various Health & Fitness clubs around the Greater Manchester area.
I have educated myself, also through trial and error, I now know what works and what doesn't, I don't think i'll ever know everything there is to know about the human body and I will always keep learning but I would say experience has been my biggest teacher!
